PRODUCTION PROCESS

Each rug is handmade from a blend of wool and acrylic yarn. Each piece is 1 on 1 and customized personally for you.

• Made-to-Order: Every rug is crafted specifically for you.
• Production Time: Please allow 3-5 weeks for the rug to be handmade to perfection. Keep in mind that all orders are being crafted simultaneously.  
• Shipping Time: Once completed, your rug will be securely packaged and shipped with tracking for added peace of mind.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Spot clean only using a damp cloth to maintain the rug’s vibrant colors and soft texture.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners to preserve the material's integrity.
• Light vacuuming or shaking out is recommended for general maintenance.
• Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent color fading.
